It started with my dad introducing me to Electronics in 1982 via The School of Electronics. From the first day in that class, I knew I’d found my calling in life - so much so, that my study of electronics began receiving the same focus as surfing!
My desire to do things my own way led to the inception of ALL AV in 1995. From the first day at ALL AV, I knew I’d found my second calling in life: The art of running a successful business.
I believe that our DNA makes us all unique and that when combined DNA manifests itself in the entity we call a business. That business only exists because the four most interested parties, shareholders, employees, customers and technology partners WANT it to exist. We will remain unique in a positive business sense while all parties have a desire to grow, reflect and continually improve.
I come from a trusted relationship standpoint and I care about every customer, employee and technology partner and their experience with me and my company. I think that translates to people within the business who are aligned with these values, which translates through to client and technology partner experiences with Pro AV Solutions.
