The son of Greek immigrants, Archie was born in Australia and is an experienced HR professional with over 25 years of experience in a variety of HR related roles throughout his career.
Archie graduated with a Bachelor of Adult Education from UTS and a Post Graduate Diploma in HR from MGSM. Most recently, Archie completed the Fundamentals of Directorship at the AICD and as an advocate of lifelong learning, plans to continue to do more.
Archie has worked for local and global companies in sectors such as Telecommunications, Software and Engineering amongst others.
Today Archie is the Head of People & Corporate Services for Potentia Energy (a joint venture between Italy’s largest energy company Enel and Japan’s, INPEX Corporation).
Potentia Energy, develops and operates renewable energy (wind, solar and battery) assets across Australia.
Reporting to the CEO, Archie’s portfolio includes Human Resources, Technology & Cybersecurity as well as Facilities & Security.
Reflecting on his career to date (and it’s certainly not over yet), Archie attributes his career amongst a number of factors to ‘never stop learning, never give up, use your time wisely and be grateful’.
