As Channel Chief & Global Head of B2B Channel and Alliances, Crystal is responsible for establishing Logitech’s B2B channel sales strategy and developing and maintaining partnerships with Distributors, SIs, VARs, and ecosystem Alliances that collectively provide Unified Communications, Digital Transformation and Personal Workspace Solutions to business and institutional customers. In July, Crystal completed a year as interim role as Head of Global B2B Sales in which she was responsible for Logitech’s B2B commercial strategies and execution in partnership with the regional sales leaders.

Crystal is a veteran in the IT Channel with nearly three decades of IT channel experience with global technology vendors. She believes the way to success is by putting the partner at the core of any go to market strategy; focusing on making it easy for the partners to do business and enabling the partner to accelerate their growth trajectory by providing solutions that provide business outcomes for their customers.

Prior to joining Logitech, Crystal was responsible for Global Channel & Partnership sales at Ribbon Communications where she led the go to market strategy with a global partner ecosystem. Jointly, they focused on helping customers modernize their data and communications networks and improve their competitive positioning in the always-on and data-hungry world.

Crystal has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and General Studies from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and in her spare time enjoys working alongside her husband in an advisory capacity for their B2B SaaS and Web Development company, WebCorp and exploring entrepreneurial endeavors with their children.

Crystal resides in Danville, CA with her husband, 3 children and Aussie, Keanu. She loves mentoring young professionals just starting out in their careers and volunteering in the classroom. She is a super fan of youth soccer and football and loves spending time with her husband designing and building their family home. Crystal’s favorite place to recharge is watching the sunset on the beach surrounded by her family.
