Dr. William Stoltz is a Senior Manager at CyberCX, Australia’s leading cyber security firm and a Lecturer & Expert Associate at the Australian National University’s National Security College. William has a decade of experience shaping and informing strategic policy planning in Australia’s defence, intelligence, and law enforcement communities. As a strategist and national security expert, William works closely with our government partners and nationally significant enterprises to guide their strategic responses to technological change as well as geopolitical and criminal threats to their supply chains and operations.

Through his previous roles, William has directly shaped Australian national security legislation and policy, including through engagement with parliamentary inquiries and reviews. He holds a PhD and Advanced Masters of National Security Policy from the Australian National University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne.
