Maksym is a security risk management professional with over 15 years experience, predominantly in critical infrastructure protection and protective security design. He is currently working with Bechtel as the security design manager for the Western Sydney Airport project. Prior to this, Maksym worked within advisory roles for high profile clients and multi-billion dollar assets to provide critical infrastructure protection solutions.
As a passionate advocate for integrated security design and organisational security culture, Maksym also has experience in standards development, project management and key partner collaboration.
Besides being an active member in the security community, Maksym also hold a CPP and PSP certifications from ASIS International and currently represents the security industry as a member of the NSW Police SLED Security Industry Council.
