With 25 years experience in Security and Law Enforcement, Matt's career began with a decade at NSW Police, mostly as a Detective in Middle Eastern Organised Crime and Homicide Squads. Moving to the corporate world, Matt worked at Telstra as a Security Advisor and Investigator, then as the General Manager Law Enforcement Liaison, before taking up an ANZ role as Security Manager for Verizon USA.
Since 2015 Matt has worked at nbn Co in the capacity of General Manager, Security Operations. His accountabilities include Physical & Personnel Security (including a Security & Emergency Response Centre), security administration and business support functions, investigations and forensics teams management. Matt holds undergraduate degrees in Science, Policing and a Masters of Business Administration.
