• Strategist, researcher, negotiator, analyst, system assessor, education/training needs developer, ideator & innovator leading top levels of government and industry, with international experience including in Europe, North America, the Middle East and SW Asia.
• Associate Professor and Principal Investigator of international relations, cyber security, quantum, political economy, risk, trust, resilience complex systems; extensively published.
• Professional Communications, Sensors, IT and Weapons Systems Engineer PhD, FIET, CEng, Eur Ing.
• Leader, implementer, Senior Naval Officer and Director in the UK and Australia.
