An award-winning expert in event technical production, Toni’s speciality is built upon a strong foundation having delivered countless in person, hybrid and virtual events over her career.

In her role as Senior Manager, AV Business Development at ICC Sydney she puts into practice her solid background in strategic planning, project management and customer experience, with a quest for excellence always driving her approach.

Toni thrives on making connections and is driven by a passion for creative endeavours. Collaboration and engagement with people is at the heart of everything she does. Toni takes pride in clear communication, demystifying technical jargon for her clients.

Committed to the industry she is passionate about, Toni is the founder and champion of Women in AV Australia – an advocacy group whose mission is to empower and unite female AV professionals. She actively encourages young girls and women to seek a career in AV and works towards creating and contributing to a diverse and inclusive culture.

In 2022, Toni was named Connected Magazine’s Most Influential Person in the AV Industry as voted by members of the industry.
