Toni thrives on making connections and is driven by a passion for creative endeavours. Having worked in the events industry for over 20 years she has a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw from.

Her speciality lies in the world of live event technical production. In her role as AV Sales Manager at ICC Sydney she puts into practice her strong background in project management, strategic planning and customer experience, with the outcome always being at the forefront of her approach.

Committed to an industry she is passionate about, Toni gives back on a regular basis. She is the founder and champion of Women in AV Australia, a group whose mission is to empower and unite female AV professionals. With a significant gender gap in the industry she aims to encourage young girls and women to seek a career in AV. She also aims to unite, inspire and empower female audio visual professionals and help create and contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture.
