Paul Skelton

Paul Skelton CAE leads CEDIA across Australia and New Zealand, representing the global trade association for the residential technology integration industry. In his role he drives industry advocacy at the federal and regulatory level, and champions initiatives that lift professional standards across the channel.
Current priorities include the launch of an industry-specific insurance product, a new apprenticeship pathway in partnership with Powering Skills Organisation, and formal recognition of “Smart Home Technology Integrator” as a standalone occupation. Paul also leads CEDIA member events programs, including the Smart Home Awards – Asia Pacific and Tech Summit 2026 on the Gold Coast.
