Event Safety Guidelines

Security is dedicated to ensuring our attendees can do business in a COVIDSafe environment as we prepare for our 2023 show.

Face-to-face interaction is the foundation of building strong relationships. In-person events create the necessary push for business to happen and have significant ROI implications.

We understand the importance of events like Security to support business and economic growth. We’re working with all stakeholders to ensure the delivery of an innovative COVIDSafe event with a strong focus on ensuring the safety of exhibitors and attendees, adhering to all guidelines and restrictions. And although this means our event may look slightly different from previous years, we are going above and beyond to be #ExpoReady for our industry.

ICC Entry Requirements

Both Diversified Communications, organiser of the Security Exhibition & Conference, and the venue follow the NSW Government Health Guidelines, and at this point in time, there is no restriction on unvaccinated people entering the venue. If this changes for whatever reason we will notify our exhibitors and visitors.

On arrival at the venue people may be required to check in using the venue and event QR code and if required at that point in time, may be required to wear a mask, but we will keep the exhibitors and visitors up to date with all restrictions in the lead up to the event.

Should the Government or venue guidelines change regarding health advice and vaccination status, we will continue to operate and follow the recommended guidelines. We advise visitors to check the guidelines prior to attending.

We also recommend that visitors regularly check NSW Health and Australian Department of Health websites for the most up to date public health advice. Read more here: ICC EventSafe Operating Guide here.

Irrespective of the current situation and for the foreseeable future, we will continue our duty of care to all our attendees and customers and will continue to implement the additional health and safety and cleaning measures at all of our events.
