Cyber Security Sessions

Each panel member has a unique lived experience and pathway to the profession of cyber security. The panel will consider the definition of diversity in the cyber security industry, the various types of diversity such as cultural, gender, neuro, educational and career diversity, and the importance of diversity in fostering success and innovation in teams. The panel will also discuss the challenges they have faced when working in non-diverse teams, and what security organisations can do to achieve diversity in the workplace.
