Security Exhibition & Conference to co-locate with Integrate, 21-23 July 2021 ICC Sydney

Diversified Communications Australia is pleased to announce that the 35th edition of the Security Exhibition & Conference in 2021 will for the first time ever, be co-located with our sister show, Integrate Exhibition, Australia’s premier audio visual and integration exhibition. The events will be held simultaneously on the original Security 2021 dates and the location will remain unchanged – 21-23 July 2021, ICC Sydney.

The co-location is set to significantly enhance Australia’s leading Security and AV and Integration events, becoming the only exhibition in Australia to service both industries. For decades, Security has been a platform for innovation and solutions for the Australian security industry. Integrate Exhibition, also part of the Diversified Communications Australia Technology Portfolio, is Australia’s premier platform for emerging AV technologies. Now with the integration of physical and technical security functions sped up due to current global challenges, it is an ideal time to co-locate with Integrate – opening new opportunities that have arisen across both spaces as a result.

In recent years and even more so given the current climate, in each events respective communities, we have seen increasing synergies across both industries that have given rise to growth in areas such as Digital Transformation, IoT, Cyber and Network security, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Service on Demand, Interactive Cameras and more – developments in convergence which have only accelerated of late. It is imperative that the Security Exhibition & Conference continues to evolve to reflect this direction of the industry.

The growth in these areas is driving genuine new interest from both an educational and product perspective, the co-location of Security and Integrate therefore allows the most current innovations to be brought to the forefront, opening up new education and demonstration opportunities for exhibitors and visitors of both events. It is an opportunity to expand reach to a broader community of end users, consultants, core AV and security installers and integrators who are interested in these solutions that sit across both industries. The co-location is a natural fit as many of our visitors increasingly seek solutions across both physical security and integration elements, and suppliers continue to adapt to meet the rising demand for artificial intelligence and smart technologies.

The exhibition floor of each show will be held alongside each other, with new combined features to include a one-day Summit focused on digitisation, further details of this Summit will be available in due course.

The ASIAL Security Conference will continue in its regular format and networking options will remain, but now with a wider industry reach providing more opportunities to make new connections. The additional education and innovation that we will now be able to offer visitors at the one sizeable event will enhance experience and provide even more relevant solutions to drive a smarter security industry into the future.
