Our sister exhibition, Integrate, invites security professionals to explore 'An Industry Transformed' through their Virtual Speaker Series this August 19 - 21 - discussing the future of AV in our changing world.

The world may have changed, including the way we do business and interact, but technology remains a key component to moving forward as we all navigate a post-pandemic world. Our sister exhibition, Integrate – a platform dedicated to the AV industry to discuss the tech of tomorrow – is hosting their first virtual speaker series this August.

Developed in association with AVIXA, the Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association, the speaker series will run across 3 days with two major sessions to attend each day. Whether you are an integrator, end-user, supplier, or manufacturer, this program is your opportunity to immerse yourself in the future of AV and how it impacts you as a security professional.

The expert-led program will consist of a combination of live panel discussions, pre-recorded presentations and manufacturer training. To ensure open discussion and connection with others in the industry all sessions will have a live chat with Q&A opportunities.

Here are some key sessions that you might find interesting as a security professional;

• Mental Health in AV Today | Wed 19 August – 2.00pm – 3.30pm
  Working within the fast-paced sector that is the AV industry can really take a toll at times and the COVID-19 pandemic has only heightened our mental wellbeing. This AVIXA® panel discussion aims to raise awareness of the mental health conversation in AV and to offer information and pathways for mental health support available to individuals and organisations.
• The Future of Security and Government | Fri 21 August – 10.00 – 11.00am
  From bush fires to COVID-19 to imminent cyber threats, we have seen the establishment of new control centres, increased security of our systems, daily press briefings and generally a more transparent communication style by our state and federal leaders. The AV community has been instrumental is designing and installing the systems to facilitate this new normal – hear from our expert panel about the learnings and where to from here.
  
• Building of the Future – Smart Building Integrated Solutions | Fri 21 August – 3.30 – 4.00pm
  The session navigates through a few of the current and future solutions and discuss what really makes a building smart and what affects the experience of the users inside the building and make it more optimised, efficient, and friction-less.
