A giant leap closer to the customer

Jun 4, 2018

Many small to medium sized business owners face a similar problem – truly understanding their customer – making it difficult to address their needs appropriately.

Utilising the latest artificial intelligence and facial recognition technology, the SOTERIA analytics service by Amaryllo is helping businesses understand their customer categories with real time data and insights, without the need for extensive hardware installation.

When in ‘business mode’ the system can track store head counts and track repeat customers. Store owners can register a customer via the facial recognition technology – particularly useful for both VIPs and potential unwanted ‘black-list’ customers.

The systems ‘security mode’ can be switched on outside of store hours to detect for intrusions or theft. Owners can be alerted to possible burglaries whilst significantly reducing the typical ‘false alarms’ that plague small to medium size business owners.

With the physical retail environment becoming increasingly difficult and complex, having systems to not only help protect physical assets but also understand the most important assets, customers, will continue to increase in importance.

Amaryllo will be showcasing their range of products at the Security Exhibition & Conference, 25-27 July 2018 on stand K38. If you are interested in placing your products in front of over 5,500 security professionals, contact the Security Exhibition & Conference Sales team today.
